Check your local library. Our library has a reading program for all ages. They give away free coupons for local attractions as well as a free book.

I found some postcards to sign up for a Twins reading program at Cub Foods. It takes 4-6 weeks though for the package to arrive in the mail. I handed them out to all the daycare families and sent a couple in for my children. They are very excited to do this with the Twins. I think they can even earn free tickets to games!
