Substitute for oil- HELP

Is there anything you can use in place of oil while baking? I only have a little but still need likr a quarter cup more?????? HELP

It has been my understanding (and I could be wrong) that if you use Extra Light Olive Oil it's the same as using vegetable oil (only better for you).

FYI: Be sure it's Extra Light and not Extra Virgin!
