same here also tho my dh doesn't grill ( well he does sometimes but ruins all the food doing it) so gas is way easier for me. Also I think it is a little faster than charcol also.

I'm the one who grills and I LOVE charcoal, especially the natural charcoal. It's ready to use much quicker than traditional and you use less as well.

I prefer the taste of charcoal but DH does the grilling so its his call. He likes to grill a lot at once and ends up with the charcoal burning out on him halfway through so we just bought a gas grill at his insistance.
Has anyone used a wood chip box in a gas grill?
