Hi, I’m a teen, and have a friend who is not being treated well at home, if you know what I mean. Another thing is that she doesn’t try in school and dreads going, so she has poor grades. I really want to help her, because her life is totally going down the drain, but I don’t know how to help her. Any ideas? :/

you need to let her hit rock bottom but if you can't help but help her just be there for her. she'll come through on her own. but if she's a stubborn person sometimes they need professional help. and yes, do tell her that you care about her and want her to live a decent life no friend wants to have a friend that just let their lives go. but if she still won't give in then it's best to just leave her alone. she'll realize it, one day.

best thing to do would be to just talk especially if shes a friend and if your worried about her grades make study dates thats what worked for me. oh that and my study date was a really cute guy.... that always helps!
