It’s just so irritating… this girl in my class who i fell out with keeps on spreading false rumours about me and just seems to be trying to pick out every little thing i do wrong so that she has something to say to other people…. how do i get her to stop and how do i repair my reputation. i don’t want to go round telling people that she’s a liar and not to believe her and everything because i don’t want to take the cowards way out… what do i do?

I think the best you can do is to make her face her own gossip lines with the people she has talked to. Make sure you find someone who he has gossiped to about you and when the three of you are in the same room, or even better amongst other people ask why she said it. If she denies it, she will making the other girl a liar, if she accepts it, she has to explain herself. Golden rule though, control your anger, the coolest and in control you appear the best the results. Don't let her wind you up at no cost. These kind of people hate confrontation, and if her gossip is based on thin air, it will evaporate sooner than you think. Next gossip going round will be, what a bitchy queen she is. Good luck.
