so heres the deal: me and my friend were kinda teasing, joking around with this kid the way 14 year olds do with their friends. Apparently this kid didnt think the same way, and when i went to talk to him, he said “dont mess with me, im a ticking time bomb of death and murder, who will kill hundreds” he proceeded to say that i was on his “hit list” along with some 100 others who had allegedly wronged him. I appologized as best i could, and after school, emailed the teacher whose class it happened in about the incident. Personally, i wont feel safe until this kids either behind bars. in a padded room, or followed by armed guards. i mean, he even told me that “Mental help wont work on me.”

I would be terrified too... it is good that you reported it to the teacher, but also tell the school administration. This kid needs help, big time. I'm actually worried about him bringing a gun to school at this point, tell the admin what you just told us. Stay away from him, don't talk to him, tell your parents as well. Whatever you do, do not antagonize him anymore.

There are plenty of people who say things like that. I'm not sure where you live, but I have only heard one person say stuff like this before and within the next year they killed their girlfriend. It is not normal, it is not safe, this kid sounds like he has a serious problem and requires mental help.

Well you know, we were kinda taunting him a bit. he busses trays at lunch the worst thing we actually said was "have a busy day bussing trays?" we thought it was just innocent little taunts. Then we threw silly putty at the wall above his head, which was probably fine untill one didnt bounce, and landed on his head. Hardly a motive to kill. Maybe a motive to be mad, but not to kill. I got teased a lot as a kid, and I wish those people knew how I felt, teasing is just as bad as bullying, you might as well have spat on him and pulled his hair it hurts just as bad, think about that the next time you open your mouth to be mean
