Answer:
Try putting it in the cd rom bay and when the prompt asks you what you want to do with it hit Cancle, then go to my computer, find your cd drive icon and right click the icon and then click run as.. administrator (you will need to know the admin password). I have seen this work before and only take a minute to try.
