You may be suffering from what is called "pernicious anaemia," which is a vitamin B deficiency. You'll want to check with your doctor, and having what is called a "Shilling Test" performed. Don't let it go...Vitamin B plays an important role in how our neurological systems function, and can be easily treated. One thing to keep in mind is that over-the-counter supplements usually are not adequate in treating pernicious anaemia. Your doctor can explain it better than I can.

Answer:

Answer:
Stress can be a risk factor, and contributes to the anaemia, but isn't a by-product of it. Alcohol consumption is a factor in pernicious anaemia, too, so back off of it a bit and ask your doctor to test you. When my vitamin B was out of whack, I would have to pull over while driving because I would get so tired. All I wanted to do was sleep, and no amount of napping would take the tiredness away. I was having vision problems, and had trouble with balance. My neurologist was able to figure it out and prescribed Foltex, which is a highly concentrated form of Vitamin B. I can't stress seeing your doctor enough. Don't try to treat yourself, and don't wait. The sooner you seek treatment, the sooner you'll feel better.

Answer:
If you feel tired and nervous or worried alot it sounds a lot like you could see a doctor about depression and anxiety medicine. I hate taking medicine so I am not a medicine pusher but I have been feeling really tired all the time no matter what I do and I have been really anxious lately and my doctor just told me to try zoloft or a similar drug.
