i work construction 10bucks an hour. two weeks ago i stopped in a shoney’s to eat dinner. i choose where to sit and was there long enough for my food to come. there was in the next booth a man and what look like his two teen age girls. i began eating when a gay named eiric came in and right to my table, this guy knew of me through and old girl friend named loren. he says to me “hey i saw your truck outside and thought i would find you and loren in here eating” i told him that loren an i nolonger date but i was fine. he then sat down and said sorry to hear that. at this time i take from my pocket a bottle of zanex and take one with my meal and when he see’s them he says ” man thats zanex , i have zanex”. at that moment the guy in the next booth snapps to attention an starts getting on his cell phone and walking up and down the aisle. and when eiric says well dont want to disturb your meal any longer and leaves this guy goes out behind him. about 20 minutes later this guy comes back in the shoneys with two uniformed officers an ask in to come to the parking lot where they ask me to empty my pockets an i do so and as soon as this vice officer see’s my medication he screams “i got you what are you doing with this stuff” i tell him its my perscription and he cant believe it and cheaks my id and when he sees it’s mine he gets upset. then go’s to another car and comes back and charges me with position with intent to resale and sales of a stage 3. now i lost everything i owned three days later because i lived in columbis housing public housing.they evicted me. also i am on parole so that violates me no matter what. i found the guy eiric and he told them that he got nothing from me at all never have. my life seems over i have no where to live i don’t have money to get a lawyer and i need some help please anyone.

wow, what are the odds of that happening, you need to go to your doctoe explaine it all and get him/her to write a letter stateing that the prescription was for you and for what reason, they cannot do anything without the evidence of you selling to other people.
