LOTS of school! my mom's a 6th grade teacher, taught 2nd at one time, i forgot what was the highest thing she earned. Like, Bachelor's or Associates... i don't remember, all I know is that it takes a while to get it all into place to be an actual teacher. You might want to look into teacher's rights too, and laws, they're coming out with some messed up ones recently.

im only in 8th grade and i have no idea how to become one but dont be strict strict teach only make me want to slack off, and have a rutine like homework is only on tuesdays and thursdays or sumting that gets me ready to do my homework, dont assigine to many work page thing like the printouts that you have to fill out those and team class work get annoying if you do it too much but in decent doses are good make mondays funday because the last thing a kid wants to do is go to school on monday =[ uhhhg do sumthing special to get them happy to be in school , srry i talk to much but if you a science teacher do little experements every monday thats wat i look forward to in science=] and mostly its fun when ur teacher has fun so always be in a good mood =] have fun! you'll do great ... i mean well
