How can I be happy?

Well, I’m not exactly sad. It’s like… normally I’m so fizzy and bubbly and now I’ve gone flat.
I normally can look at posts and then they set me off on little conversations with myself and I can’t stop giggling… and yeah, I can get myself hyped up pretty easily. But tonight, I can’t :( Do you think it could be PMS? I notice that, maybe a week or so before my period, I get this feeling, like I can’t be bothered, I get really down and I can’t bring myself up. Normally, I help quite a few people (at least I hope I do) but now I’ve got this feeling like I don’t need to, because nobody needs me. I feel really detatched from this site.
Just now, I realised that it’s just me, and I don’t know… could it be PMS? Because if it is, I don’t want to feel like this every month, like I don’t matter, like… why bother? And I love this site and I don’t want to push myself away from it. What can I do to feel happy and like I belong again?

Keep talking and helping even when you feel too down. Force yourself to talk to others. Don't spend too much time alone. Find reasons to smile and laugh. Keep going, keep trying, keep communicating.

i doubt it is pms. u jus need to take life day by day. don't go around feeling like nobody needs u anymore because they do. whether u think so or not. so don't stop talking.

But I can't even think of anything to say... well I don't know if it is that or if I feel like I can't be bothered. It's like I've lost interest... I really hope this passes. Looking for somethin, the reason I thought it might be PMS is because it happens a few times, but I really hope it's not, I hope it's my fault because then I can change it so it doesn't happen again. I'm just looking for reasons to be happy, but although I can think of loads they don't make me happy... it's just suddenly come on, a few hours ago I was deliriously happy, which is really normal for me.

It might just be that you have a problem that you haven't dealt with yet. And it is just now catching up with you.

I guess cos maybe you are having your period, im having same problem like yours. Just keep on helping other by making them feel better, youll never know you might be helping yourself that way too. Just be happy, even strangers care for you, like us =)

Your allowed to feel down....wow. If these where my problems I'd be happy! I'm not trying to belittle your problems. Your having a down day. THINK POSITIVE! Dwell on things such as -" wow. my skin looks good today, my hair looks good, i feel healthy today, i'm NOT on my period....." compliment others aswell.
