!!! Hi everyone, Hoping there’s someone out there who can help me with this. I appear to have a Mailskinner programme running within outlook express - I had assumed that Microsoft downloaded it as an add on but I’m now not so sure. When I send emails, the recipient doesn’t always get what I send but instead gets a row of ??????? and an advertisment for these emoticon things…. I’ve run a virus scan and it appears clear. Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks

Try running spyware removers. You can download CCleaner, Spybot Search and Destroy and Ad-Aware from Http://download.com then run them and see if there is any spyware running on your system. Hope this helps :-)

Hi there, No, tried all that - but no worries I paid Symantec to do it for me - its taken them 4 hours - just imagine how long it would have taken me!!! Thanks anyway...
