and just today he sent me a message saying that he still loved me but that he thinks we should just be friends and i mean i like blake (my bf now) but i don’t think i like him as much as adam and i kinda think i dont like him at all….what do i do????

You need to do what's right for you while keeping blake's feelings in mind. Don't lead him on if he's really into you and you're not into him. If you recently broke up with your ex though, maybe you just need to give yourself some time to get over it before making a decision like that.
