the answer is simple man.shes giving you these signs either a)she likes you and is telling you she does OR b)its in her personality to flirt. Just ask her out anyway,if she likes you then go out to coffee or something.if not,then move on and just stay friends.Doesnt matter to much if she has a bf or not maybe she doesant like her bf anymore and just doesnt want to break up with him till theres someone new
