what’s a reasonable asking price for a puppy?

Ask:
she’s been wormed, but nothing else, and i do not have paperwork for her.
she’s a black lab/heeler mix and about 2 months old.
i need to sell her asap because i cant have her where i live, i just dont know how much a reasonable price for her would be. i got her from a woman who was just giving the puppies away… long story. blah blah. but that’s it. anyone know?
she’s already doing pretty good with us trying to train her, so she’ll be a very good dog.

Answer:
I think FREE is the only price, after all you can't price a life, if anything you should only charge for what the dog has had, and you have only wormed it. A price would be wrong considering it has no paper work and also the fact that th people who have it off you will have allot more to pay out in vets bills and food, I mean come on profit off an animal is wrong. Also you got the puppy for free, so why ask someone else to pay for it?
Answer:
people pay up to 1000 dollars for puppies. with paperwork under 400 would almost be unreasonable. i know people that have paied 300 for puppies without paperwork and such. i actually sold my puppy for 130. i dont think there's anything wrong with putting a price on them as long as they're being taken care of and they're going to a good home. but i guess everyone is different.
