Answer:
Just stop. Really. There's no addiction to going to a website so it's not like your going to get sick from not going on a website. Just stop going to MySpace and try to not spend as much time on the PC. Your main focus now should be finishing high school

I think that you probably need to re-assess what it is you get from MySpace that you need so badly (and that you don't get from your own personal life). Perhaps you get a social connection that you find more difficult in real life? If this is the case then I would suggest maybe taking up a more beneficial habit, finding a hobby or two that you are interested in that has a social aspect, or even something you can do by yourself that you get pleasure from. It is awfully difficult to just 'break' a habit, or go cold turkey on it, and in my own experience I have found it is a lot easier instead to replace that habit (ie, by something better for you). Once you embrace life, life embraces you! I hope this helps a little.

That site is like digital crack. It's easy to get stuck on there spending way too many hours of your day just coding your page to make it look a little cooler or looking for a new profile song. I know where your at and was thinking of getting people together to form a myspacers anonymous support group. But then I found here which is like the methadone I needed. Look, it's just a web site. Check your messages and then log off. It's not that hard. If you really think you have a problem with it, send all your friends a message and post a bulletin that you are leaving because it is getting you in to trouble and then delete all your friends and change your password to some random scribble that you won't remember. Done.
