Answer:
My Russian is terrible, I'll admit. So I am not helpful to milad. But I do know how to "russify" a computer, so that you can type using Cyrillic letters: http://www.du.edu/langlit/russian/russify.html I printed the kyeboard at the bottom of that page and pasted it to my computer screen for my first semester Russian course-- it made it very easy to just switch back and forth.
Answer:
then whats the best way u say then well, the best way to learn a language is to attend courses (make sure the lector is an expert in the field), to read a lot(the specialized literature would b better, but u can read anything u r interested in), watch tv on the language u learn, talk to the native speakers, ask questions if u r unsure of sth and make notes for urself... :) the computer translation can b used only in the cases when u have no choice. i would say that it can make any text very hard or even imposible to understand. also, using it, unconsciously u learn the language with many mistakes, which are very hard to get rid off latter. but when u have no choice it's better than nothing. :)
