I hurt them pretty bad i seen that they were posting here. and it breaks my heart when i read her conversations with other people. I was at her house last night and she let me know how i hurt her. then i seen this website on her comp thought id check it out. now i know shell never forgive me. sorry just ranting

Have you tried talking to them? It could help. If you can't in person, then maybe through email or cell phone or something. But if you really think you hurt them and want to make amends, then you need to talk to them.
