Not sure if you are still around or need help, as this was a while ago, but I just resolved this problem myself. First, email (email removed) and tell them the problem. This alone did not solve my problem, and may not solve yours. The extra steps I took were to a) make sure quicktime was installed (I eventually had 6.5.2 when I got it to work, but 7 may work. not sure) and b) make sure it was installed to the default directory. Basically emailing them should solve your problems, but just make sure the other two steps are resolved as well.
