does he take medicine for his problem? although he is the father.. he has many rights.. one is visitation.. even if you get it where it is supervised due to his issues... you can infact ask the courts to have him do a mental evaluation which will allow you to request supervised visits... remember that if he does suffer from bi polar.. it is not anything that he can control unless on meds...
