Have some warm milk and try some relaxing breathing exercises or meditation. Make sure you are in a calm, relaxing environment (try soothing music or reading a happy book). Lie in bed and one at a time tense each of your muscles and then relax them. (start with your feet, legs, thighs, mid-drift, stomach, arms, hands, neck, face tense and relax) repeat until you are asleep. If you have a lot on your mind, write it all down before going to bed. There is controversy about the microwave effect on foods such as milk. I must admit though that a lot of the information online is horrible. Microwaves chemistry is still a baby science. People are still testing the effects of a combination of frequencies to make chemical reactions occur faster or in completely different ways. I must note that microwaves are pretty **** useful for cooking though, and oven cooking has it faults too. But I would be careful of milk and cheese.
