i want to start a rock band but iv fallen out wiht the drummer and the keyboardist doesent want to do auditions and the secound guitarist wants to pull out its falling apart and i really dont want it to im only 14 please help what do i do?

i used to be a band but they wasn't turning up to the practises much so i decided i could do better things with my time than be with a band that dosn't want to be a band, i joined a new band today, i'm 17 but it's a bit strange that one of our members is a teacher but i guess it dosn't make much diffrence :P
