People also generally don't have time to do a fully-fledged personality exploration with everyone they meet, so they end up just judging quickly and setting up their own stereotypes. Some cultures and societies are open and just don't generally care about the image put forward, some other communities are uptight and dislike those that are different or try to express themselves outwardly.

That is what people usually do and it's not respectful but it's hard to change that I'm sure we are all guilty of it at times but we realy don't pay much atention to our selves only but to others. But we should be more considerate of others.
