Shaun, this smacks of your mental disorder post above. You have to accept, to the degree that you are able, that your paranoia may not be entirely warranted, and ultimately, may even be a symptom of a larger condition. Check out what I wrote on your other post, as I really think that getting some actual help could really be good for you.

It is impossible to get help if you don't take a risk and trust people! There must be somebody in your world you would like to trust. It is not fair to distrust people who have done nothing to harm you. It sounds like your distrust of them is an internal problem not something that is actually caused by the numerous people you distrust. I am sure that there have been people in your past who you have trusted, who have let you down, but not everyone is the same. You will not be able to move on if you don't reach out for help. You have taken the first step by talking to us, but it sounds like you need more help than we can offer. I urge you to find someone in your physical world to reach out to!
