Try doing something happy instead. If you feel sad, read a happy book, listen to music that will cheer you up. Talk to someone. Let your feelings out a different way. Write. Draw. Paint. Do something you've always wanted to do.

If you cut then tell someone close to you. If you tell one of your friends then they will most likely help you. If you cant tell anyone then hide the stuff that you are using from yourself. But your best bet is trying to talk to someone about it. Hang in there! Things will get better! I promise they will.

I have been there. Please stop hurting yourself. There are people that care about you. There are strangers you've never met that care about you. I care. Just keep holding on and trying hard not to give in when the urge to hurt yourself comes. Instead of cutting or something negative find something you like, maybe a food like chocolate or something and every time that you resist the urge reward yourself.
