You need to use iTunes with your iPod. Install the software that comes with the iPod or get iTunes at: http://www.apple.com/itunes Download that, install it, open it up and drag all of your MP3 files from your hard drive into it, plug your iPod in and then drag all of the songs from the iTunes library onto the iPod when it shows up in the interface.

make sure you are importing .mp3 files. iTunes won't recognize .wmv files. .mp3 files are for music, .wmv are videos.
