spray it really good then brush it out really good. The iron will stick to your hair better. Don't use to much! Hold your head upside down and spray it that way so it's even.

get a pair of ghd straighteners cs theyr reeli good, and then take about an inch of hair and then get some curl spray like the loriel one (its in a pink bottle. its the one i use and it works a treat:]) and spray it on and then put the straighteners at the root of the section of hair, and then twist them 180 degrees from your head and then in one swipt motion pull the straighteners down along your hair to the ends, still 180degrees to the head. and voila :) then ofcourse spray hairspray on top when your done. i find these curls look really great and actually last the whole day and give a nice "sexy bed hair" look the next day which is great lol and REMEMBER practise is the only thing to make you a pro at curling
