about 4-7pm , a babysitting job at my work, I am a daycare teacher , and I agreed because I felt a little pressured , but once I got in the car I realized that I have plans with my husband and family. I have also felt very stressed out and tired recently. My period even stopped for a while because of stress.
I work with two year olds and go to school at night so I dont have very much time for myself just on the weekends, even on the weekends I have school work to do.

Do the plans you have with your family absolutely have to take place between 4 and 7 or can they be moved? If it was me, I would do both if possible, it's only 3 hours. If you can't change the plans you have with your family, just explain to your work that you forgot you already have plans that can't be changed. But do it asap so they have time to find someone else to work.

Whether or not you worked the shift today, you have to let your employers know that you felt pressured into agreeing, while you actually believe it would damage your performance during the week if you had to work in the weekend as well. Remind them that you go to school at nights, they will probably realize that having you work extra could be damaging. If you don't let them know, they'll ask again the next time and probably not even realize that they are working you too hard untill you break down.
