I assume you are still asking about where to put them when the storm comes. If there is a huge storm, you need to put them inside with you. Its for their safety. Explain this to your mom, tell her you will keep an eye on them and clean up after all there messes and take full responsibility. They will only be inside for the storm, it wont be forever. But when you take on the responsibility of owning dogs, you take on the responsibility of keeping them safe. If for some reason your dogs are allergic to the house and they Cannot come in, call a friend or a relative and ask if they can take all , 1, 2, however many they can and distribute them that way to keep them safe. I understand bicolki. I have owned every type of dog from a tiny Yorki, to a Great Dane, a mean Chow. Now I own a boxer, that is super jumpy and a huge Bullmastiff. If this storm is that big, you need to find a safe place for them. Like I said, thats your Responsibility to them, to protect them. Im sure the storm isnt going to last but mabey a day. Bring them in teh house, in a room and sit with them. Put them on leashes and hold on to them. If you cannot do this, mabey you should think about giving some away. Because chances are this will happen again. Have you spent anytime with them training them ,so there now so unruley?

You have to be the pack leader and let them know that you are in charge. Be consistent in this and they will come out of it, but I do agree with Excessor you are responsible for them. Every animal should be treated like you would treat your children. You show them respect, love and guidance and they will return it 10 fold. Dogs by nature are pack animals and they have to have a leader. Watch the Dog Whisperer sometime he has the right idea. But if you can't handle them then maybe you should give some of them away to good loving homes.

If you have a dog that poops inside apparently it isnt accustomed to being in the house..... it's house is outside so of course it will poop outside of its house (ie inside yours). You cannot keep dogs, especially that many without them being trained and well mannered. The jumpy one will eventually settle down once it gets used to being in the house. Please consider spending some time training these animals to behave. In the meantime beg your mother for the privilege of them being in your bathroom or a small enclosed section of the house when the weather is very bad. Promise to weed the yard or wash her car or scrub the toilet in return if this is what it takes.
