3d things for short animations, one that i can edit the picture easily and not have to recreate it for every frame? i want to create short videos, i can do the actual video and sound with gimp and movie maker, but i need somthing to create the images, where i dont have to recreate it and wont make it realy jerky. any and all help is appreciated

You could also try Blender, which is an open source 3D program, they used it to make Elephant's Dream which was a pretty cool 3D short.
