When I turn the car off i get the same noise that last for a bout 45 seconds. The noise is at the same level and sounds like a flapping item. What could be doing this?

It sounds like the radiator possibly, I'm not too great with cars, but get a full check-up at the garage maybe. I'm not a do-it-yourself type, so it can be messy.
