Im a single dad with 2 kids hoping to find help for Christmas. I got lated off from my job Yeah bad time of yr huh. .. I have no money for christmas at all. after I pay the bills all that is left in my pocket is lint. I have called toys for tots,salvtion army,local churches and the fire department and all have the same story.. DONE taking names. I thought I was ahead of the game but guess not. Soooo Im hoping there is someone that can help my kids not have broken hearts,

Christmas is a sad time when money is short. Going through a lil of that myself. My kids are old enough now to know what the situation is though. Not that this helps you, but I've been through alot of lean christmas's to know now it's not the size of the gift or gift's it the being there and sharing of christmas that really matters. The kids will get over a slim christmas. It's just hard on you because your the 1 that has to feel you let them down. Thing is you love them and as long as your there for them you haven't let them down. Things will work out just believe and the rest just falls into place, one way or the other. Always has for me and my 2 kids. Yes I was a single parent through most of the childhood, there dad is back in the picture now. For 13 yrs the kids and I did it alone, and there great kids. So hold out things will be fine. Have a good christmas with hope and smiles.
