but im not sure if i would have to get the father whom has nothing to do with us nor sees his child to sign all his rights away? does he even have any rights at this piont? hes not on the birth certificate or anything.

Well, if he isn't on the birth certificate, he has no rights without a DNA test. But the one on the birth certificates does have to sign away their rights. And that's hard to make them do. But if all else fails, you can ask a judge to remove their rights.

I see what you mean. Have your parents go to court and file for custody. If they do that, it will be all legal, and he can't do a thing. If he wanted them he would have to go to court. If that were to happen, he would need to have a job, a good income, and housing. If all else fails, mother has more rights, you can take them from your parents, and just have them stay there for a while, undocumented. The most he can, or will get would be visitation.
