Personally, I like process papers that examine a process as well as describe it or that indicate a logical process approach to something that many people do randomly. Let me first suggest that you look within your own experience. Are there activities or jobs that you have done/held/ been exposed to frequently that only a few people have? Have you learned a more efficient way of doing something complicated? Make a list of 10-20-- then choose half to outline steps. Then circle the ones that seem to jump out at you because they have some history to them or some unusual features. Some suggestions: developing a freindship with a complete stranger without coming off like a stalker; deciding wheher to withdraw from a college course; choosing between dsl or phone service providers, etc...
