the best advise i can give you is to follow your heart. I dated a guy on and off for over 2 yrs. then i met someone new. i still felt hung up on my old boyfriend for a while. but then i began comparing the two guys. my ex called me a few times begging me to come back. I followed my heart and didn't go back. I stayed with the new guy and have been with him for the last 6 yrs. we were married 2yrs ago and are still doing great. he has been there for me through so many things that my ex never would have.
