I assume you have tried warm milk... So first try Linden tea, no not lipten tea, Linden, also know by the name of tilo tea. If that doesn't work you cold try a vitamin B complex before you go to bed, it help you nervous system too, and makes you drowsy.

another herb that helps with sleeplessness is valerian root before bed. it comes in capsules or you can make it into a tea i think.
