!!! There is a girl i love but i dont think she loves me. I have liked her for 3 years but hardly ever spoken to her. i have tryed to tell her how i feel but always bottle it because i fear shell say no. What should i do?

The only thing you can do is ask her out, if you carry on listening to your paranoia you will never know, you can't assume that she will turn you down, as you said you hardly speak to her so how do you know she doesn't like you. Just start up a conversation and ask her casualy if she would like to go somewhere at the weekend, something like that. If she turns you down then atleast you know where you stand and then maybe you can stop pineing after her and find someone else :) So just do it, don't listen to your thoughts they will only tell you not to do it, it's like the old saying "haveing a devil in one ear and an angel in the other", you have one part of you that really wants to know what she says and another that is scared of being rejected, so listening to the side that fears rejection has only landed you here, wanting to know what to do and feeling stuck.
