I've got a date tonight with my hot ginger, he's driving a hundred mile round trip to have dinner with me!! :D
I'm so excited especially after I almost blew it last night when in a fit of self loathing I asked to cancel it (due to me not understanding how anyone would want to do that just to spend time with me for that f***ed up behaviour I only have my ex to blame :rolleyes: ). The guys at work have just assured me that it's normal to travel to see someone that I should just accept he likes me. So I had to bite the bullet tell him I'm still up for it if he is HE IS!!:D I swear I wasn't this emotionally retarded a few weeks ago!! But I really like him.
Winter appears to be back again!! :rolleyes: I'm digging out my black cream dandelion print tunic, leggings probably pale gold low wedges black patent clutch. There may be some canoodling to be had down the beach so easy access is key. :heyhey: :lol:
Friday out with the girlies, maybe my Peacocks floral tunic, coral butterfly tunic, indigo skinnies wedges.
Saturday out with the Ginger some mates for Thai food, Wrangler skinnies, gold Kate vest under vintage cream lace top, snake clutch gold wedges.
Sunday- driving home- battered levis mini skull t-shirt (maybe?)

I'm doing nothing this weekend and that suits me fine :D the weather forecast is awful so I am looking forward to finishing work on Friday and going home and chilling out all weekend, I plan to go for a bike ride sunday morning if the weather will just not be wet for an hour! that's all I want!! and I'll be seeing my Mum and the in-laws sunday afternoon/evening. I also intend to do some serious BB catching up this weekend!!! :D

Thursday night I'm taking the boy off for a surprise bowling trip...he knows we're bowling but doesn't know about the surprise yet (although if he's reading this...which he shouldn't be....he'll know there's one now!). Haven't decided what to wear...depends on the weather really! Am thinking Gap linen blend boyfit jeans, rolled up, with coral vest and gold floral necklace, plus gold gladiator sandals (and a spare pair of socks for the bowling shoes!!).
Friday we're heading off to Lincoln for the afternoon, for a spot of mooching, visiting my cousin and her little boy and to pick up my (informal) wedding dress (although, with no firm plans yet it seems a little premature :lol: ). I'll probably wear faded black lee skinnies with white longline broderie anglaise tee, white grecian knot sandals and grey cropped swing cardy if it's chilly.
Friday night we're going out to a fancy restaurant to celebrate the end of my Mum's cancer treatment/Herceptin (about time too :faint: ). Will probably wear my white shirt dress with gold platforms and vintage look belt, and half a bottle of St Tropez!
Saturday I'm supposed to be spending the day with the boy - haven't made any plans yet, so I'm not sure what we'll be doing. Quite fancy a trip out somewhere...might head out to the hills with a picnic if the weather is good.
Saturday evening our next door neighbours/friends are coming over for a meal. Haven't a clue what I'll wear - probably indigo skinnies, a longline vest and lots of gold chains.
Sunday I leave for the big city :faint: hoping to get an afternoon train so will have a nice lie in and breakfast in bed in the morning :heyhey: do a bit of last minute packing, then head off to be there in time for tea! Will wear something comfy for travelling, not sure what yet, but either way will be accessorised with my ipod and a good book :readb:

I am exhausted. Ibiza, O2 and Glastonbury have totally done me in although it has been more than worth it - last weekend was the best of my life :yay: .
This weekend things are going to be a lot more low key. Tomorrow night I am missing a wrap party :cmdunno: to go up to Manchester with work. We're staying in a lovely hotel in Didsbury though and going out for a posh dinner so I'm not that gutted. Friday evening I won't be home until late and Ibiza boy's also away, so I'll just chill in front of the telly with some vino tinto.
Saturday it's a friend's birthday in a local pub so I'll have a lie in and meet Ibiza boy for lunch. The plan is to start drinking early in order to finish drinking early and I'm really hoping I can stick to it. I'm going to wear, white long line rolled up sleeve shirt, thick black belt with gold and mother of peral clasp, black opaques and vintage red ankle boots.
Sunday will just be chilling with Ibiza boy then meeting the besties in the pub for the afternoon before dinner at one of their homes. Will probably wear black skinnes with my Stella McCartney Glastonbury vest, grey hoodie and white patent vintage peep toes.

I'm not quite sure of the fabric - I only had a quick look - it felt lovely though. I know what you're saying about leopard being a classic though! I just havent been able to find anything else to fit the bill. I'm tempted by this but just not sure I'd get the wear out of it.

so pretty!! so what if its not a classic, even if you only wear it for one season, it'll be an item that you love and you can always store it away when you do find a classic trench? Ha ha! I was determined not to bore people with Glasto details, but since you ask :p .
It was the best weekend of my life - I keep on remembering more amazing things and funny little moments and I can't even bring myself to take off my wrist band yet!!! Saw lots of bands, but the highlights were the random things like dancing under a massive scarf with 20 people to the Klaxons, bumping into so many people from school (I went to school in Glastonbury), the pagan walk with lanterns to the top of the pyramid field to watch The Killers, making a pottery daemon in the shape of a cat called Marmaduke for the Glastonbury microfestival and almost getting hitched in Lost Vagueness. Oh and stumbling up to the owner of my company in the VIP bar on Saturday morning after a breakfast of vodka and other mind altering substances to give him a massive hug :eek: :eek: :eek: :p .
In terms of clothes - the packaparka and wellies were essentials throughout the weekend and I was mostly accessorising with mud, but I managed to look fresh every morning at least. I wore my All Saints blue and white stripe Cobain mini dress one day with white heart glasses (as featured in a delightful picture of me in The Daily Mail :o ), my red sprig print TS mini dress and wayfarers on the Saturday (when I took one hell of a tumble in the mud) and my Pansy print playsuit with a huge sombrero (perfect for keeping the rain off your face AND body) on the sunday.
By the time we left I was cocooning in my hoodie, trackie bottoms and my pink fleece blanket!
Oh and I even did some shopping! Got the coolest Stella McCartney Glasto vest which she designed for Oxfam. Have no idea how I managed to bring it out of the festival sans mud, but I did :yay: .
Might post some pictures when my friend posts them and I've had a chance to check them for general dodginess!
