Abercrombie
Anyone know what abercrombie jean sizes/fit comes up like?
I'm a small 12. Find that the syle of DPs Nexts jeans fits me fine but TS fit but are the wrong shape for my body or my body is the wrong shape for them ;)
Any advice? I have a jacket which is a medium and fits perfectly
Answer:
I find the jeans fairly true to US sizes.
I'm a UK 12/US 8, with a 29" natural waist, 33" low-rise waist, and 40" hips, and find the US 8's fit just fine. Inseams are normally around 32 for what the ones I own, so I don't know what size you're looking for there. :)
You can have a look on US Ebay to get a good idea of the average measurements on the jeans, as they're normally more accurate than the website if that's what you're going by.

Girlies,
Please be honest and let me know what you think of the pic below. I am a virgin to skinny jeans and am still unsure whether or not they should be left to the skinny girls.
I wont be offended, just need to know if I look like a heffer. I am yet to venture outside the front door in them.

Wow, that's a big pic! I had to save it and zoom out to see properly cos it's hard to tell from that - but I think you look fine :great:
Answer:
ha ha, god knows what happened there.

Yay that's better, yep you look fine chick.
Answer:
Hi,
it's a bit difficult to tell, as they're black and it's such a close up picture, so the thigh area seems to be one big blur of black.
Are you planning to wear a long or short top with them?

Crackled Glaze Bayswater in Plum
I wasn't so crazy about the Roxanne in the Plum Glaze but I have to say it looks nice in the Bayswater. I like her whole outfit. Warm and professional. That is how I would like to look for work! I am usually more flustered with hair sticking out in all directions. I could never walk in those gorgeous heels!

The tan amazon one on sale on the Mulberry site is looking awfully appealing now!

Hello,
I have just posted a thread titled opinions please. Have a look.
I bought some black skinny jeans from Primark today for £10.00 which I am unsure about as I am a size 14-16.
I normally get all of my jeans from Oasis asI find it hard to get them from anywhere else, and I find that these are the most flattering for me.
Other girls on here have suggested DP and Next too.
Answer:
AVOID SKINNY JEANS!!- no matter how 'in' they are!!
Jeans with a flare to balance out the hips will keep you nicely in proportion.
My faves are the Citizens of Humanity in the faye or the kate. I don't find any high street jeans flattering so its worth investing.
Answer:
Where can I get these jeans in this country? Do you know which size they go up to?
I find it so hard to get a nice pair of designer jeans as they never go up big enough.
Have just checked Ebay but they are all small sizes. Thanks
Answer:
Well I wear a 30 in mine- thats a UK 12. Bigger sizes go up to 32.
They dont sell this style in England. I got mine from Revolveclothing.com which is based in the USA but has free shipping. I liked them so much i bought them in both the light and dark colour.
I know others such as Joes Honey have been recommended but i think they are unflattering as they are much tighter round the thigh and have a bootcut rather than flare leg opening.

How about some round-toe kitten heels in a metallic colour (New Look ones will probably be cheap in the sale now) with a dressy blouse (cap sleeve and ruffled - ive seen a lot of them about) and a long string of pearls? :)
