Arcadia (DP) Customer Service address?
Morning all,
I ordered some bits from DPs website under the 25% thing on 1st december and got an email to say they were despatched the next day...have been using the online parcel tracker BUT the blooming things still arent here! Emailed them on Friday to complain and try to hurry it along but havent heard back. When i track the parcel it just says "failed delivery" reason "held" which makes no sense to me! PArticularly as the times recorded by these were like 6.30am etc which seems odd!
Am a bit annoyed cos theyve taken the money from my account! and I'm going back home on saturday so if it comes to this address after that itll be too lkate anyway!

You'll be better off ringing Zoom customer services - it might take you a while to get through but they are very efficient once you do!

They take a good few days to reply to emails.
Sounds like it's the couriers mistake not Zoom, phone them and they usually sort it out pronto. They can get in contact with the courier and hurry them along.

Was it delivery by a company called Home Delivery Network? I had a parcel returned to and lost the discount which did not make me happy. I rang them loads to arrange delivery.:mad:

For those thinking of subscribing to the Notes - I was sent the first issue free this morning.
It's a good looking format but strictly speaking the only thing these notes have that a fashion magazine doesn't is the items that Net-a-porter themselves will be stocking in the next season listed under each trend (but there are no prices to guide you.)
It's like a trend-highlighting fashion magazine without the adverts and waffle combined with a price-less catalogue.
I liked their free Look Book and I guess this is the upgraded replacement that I would now have to pay for so I'm probably a bit disgruntled about the price. I never actually pre-ordered anything from the Look Book but I checked quite often.
I kind of like these Notes since I don't buy many fashion mags now - if I did I'd be less keen.

It's quite good that you can reserve items in advance because I always forget to check when they update. I've special-ordered things before and you don't pay up-front - they hold it for 48 hours or something before they release it so you're not committed to buy (especially important when you don't know the price!)

Am hoping for a night out this weekend:yay: but need some shoe advice.
Am thinking I will wear my black knee length shorts with a top that I havnt decided on yet.
Have seen some really nice patterned tights but am unsure what shoes to go for.

For Christmas day my family don't dress up really smart but we always like to make an effort and look nice for all the photos :) In the morning I will bewith my family and in the evening after dinner I will be gong to my blokies house. This is what I was thinking of wearing but its subject to change depending on what they look like when they arrive! :)
Either this top with a black t shirt sleeved shrug to keep my sholders cosy
Or this top
With either a black sequin scarf belt or this silver belt
and this necklace
With either jeans or black trousers depending on which have more more for tummy expansion

I'm really not sure yet:lol: It's either going one of three ways....
*Total slob out - Uggs, jogging bottoms and vest or jumper
*Normal everyday wear - Black skinny jeans with either grey slouchy jumper or grey stripe top
*Slightly made an effort - Short shorts, opaque black tights, slouchy jumper and hopefully my new shoes (If i've guessed my pressie right :D)
It's just the two of us and i think OH just wants to slob out :D Will need to make an effort on boxing day though and i think my nan would :eek: if i wore short shorts....hmmm may do it :D:lol:
ETA: Jewellery wise whatever i wear i shall prob wear....

I'm going to wear a cream shrug and nude-coloured silk camisole my mum has got me with jeans and ballet pumps. I'll be accessorizing with the earrings Mr Lucy has bought me that I've been aching to wear since I chose them but sadly they are to remain wrapped up til Christmas day! :lol:
