stella mc in dublin
hi guys,
after reading the thread on the stella mc cartney range in h+m, i was just wondering if theres any point going down to the new one on mary street....is everything gone?
Answer:
I stupidly went in there on my lunch break yesterday and it was mental so I don't know if there would be much left considering late night shopping last night.
They could be restocking so if you don't mind the mental crowds and the pushing and shoving, give it a go.
Best of luck

thanks for the replies,
i think i might dash over there after work this evening, but then again, theres the new topshop on the green which is only round the corner from where i work.....cant make both this evening....think i might go to h+m, and take a look at topshop tommorrow......
Answer:
I just went to the new topshop at lunchtime .. very nice .. packed but it's so big you could still get into changing rooms and to the till ..
2nd floor has their boutique range and the concessions as well as vintage .. they've also got a good petite and tall section in the basement and a great accessories section on the ground floor and a great shoe lounge. It's really good ..

Knee high boots for slim calves ??
Hi all,
I was wondering..............has anyone seen any knee high boots for slim calves on their shopping trips ?. I am looking for a black pointy high heeled pair.
I know about Duo of Bath and am considering ordering a pair from them but the ones I want cost £130. I dont really want to spend that much so I am looking for other options. But I cant find any anywhere :(
Can anyone help me ?!?!
Lots of love

I am SO mad with a buyer!!

I am SO mad with a buyer!!
basically I was selling some silver strappy shoes which a buyer won on the 21st oct. She then emailed to say please could she pay me on the friday as she was not expecting to win these. I agreed.
Then no payment , i get in touch and she says her paypal is not working so i say fine i will give you time to sort it out. she says it cannot be sorted out and what should she do? So i say fine I will accept a cheque( dont normally) and this week still no cheque!! Im so annoyed!
So i look on her ID and guess what she bought.... yes another pair of silver shoes which im guessing is why she does not want mine.
No if she had been upfront and said so i would have been able to give someone a second chance offer and no hard feelings, but not i feel so royally f*cked of that she has just been stalling and messing me about.
Im also guessing her paypal is working coz she bought an item from the states for $70 dollars!
I just emailed her saying i was going to relist the item if i didnt get the cheque soon. I want to leave neutral/ neg feedback coz i find this kind of behaviour is really bad.
What does everyone thinK?
  :uzzle:
Answer:
Start the non-paying bidder process on her, then you can at least claim back some fees. Neg feedback is fine if you go through this process.
Personally, I'd file a NPB today and then tell her what you have done. She will prob leave retaliatory feedback for you, but you can state that is just that.
HTH :)
Answer:
thanks i will do, never done it before so feel a bit nervous as dont want her to ruin by 100% positive feedback!
ah well...
Answer:
when you initiate npb a lot of buyers are scared into paying up anyway, so she just might...
Answer:
That is SO annoying!!

A question about Next

A question about Next
Are most of the clothes (especially tops) in Next made of awful, cheap n' nasty, sweaty fabric? Or have I just been unlucky in always choosing the wrong thing?
Answer:
I find the trousers better than the tops.
Answer:
I agree, manky fabrics, and awful cut.
x
Answer:
Yes - at least, all the tops I've tried - if it rains on you, they go all cardboardy and gross
Saying that. I've never tried their trousers/skirts
Next is for work clothes only! :)
Answer:
OK for coats and occasionally suits/trousers for work. The rest of the stuff is vile.
