  • GI Diet

    NO.2. ask :
    GI Diet
I think ive heard a few of you on here saying your doing GI diet, i have also posted this in Diet but thought i might get a quicker response on here.
Last night i bought an e-book on ebay (coudnt wait to get to the shops to get a proper book as i want to get started asap) anyway, its mostly recipes and not much use at all really, it doesnt really explain much and following recipes is fine, but not something i can do everyday. I just wondered if there are basic principles to get me started, or if anyone can recommend a book.

    Answer:
I have the original Gi diet book by Rick Gallop which explains the principles, gives you a list of food you can and can't have and also provides a few recipes. You can see his website here The book in the 'Britain and Australia' box is the one I have. The tabbouleh salad recipe on his website is one of my favourites.
I am useless at cooking so I also got a recipe book - I'm a veggie, so I got Rose Elliott's Low Gi Diet, which I can highly recommend.

    New Boobs, so excited!
    Hiya,
    I feel so excited:D
On the 19th June I'm booked in for a boob uplift small implant:yay:
I cannot wait, as my boobies have been horrible for years, so this is a year long dream coming true for me.
I was never going to have an implant, but the surgeon said that he'll remove skin that will be the equvelant of 1 cup size, taking me to a 30B which for me, being used to havign 30E's, is too small, so I asked for a tiny implant, giving me 1/2 cup size more, so the result should hopefully be a C cup, but pert and perky.
    Sooooooooooooooooooo excited:whoop:
    Answer:
ooh exciting! hope all goes well :fingers:
    Answer:
