Topshop Unique Cream/black Victoriana Blouse? Washing instructions?
I'm such a numpty, I bought this blouse, but stupidly cut out the washing instructions etc before I actually looked at them. :rolleyes:
Does anyone have it? Its cream, with 8 black buttons down the front, a rounded collar, and square cut out stiching at the front, with tiny cream polka-dots near the buttons. (the worst description ever).
Its like the Chloe one on page 12 of the 18th of September Sunday times style guide.
I have *no* idea how to wash it, and will kick myself if I mess it up! I don't even know what its made from.
Anyone got it and know how to wash it?

I've just check the TS website and it says it is 100% viscose which means that you need to avoid washing it at too higher temperature. I'd give it a go on the wool cycle at 40 degrees with a non-bio powder. I wash everything, including my cashmere at 40 degrees with non-bio and never have a problem.

Oh, I've just spotted a really similar one in the New Tops bit, which says its 100% viscose, handwash only, cool!

I wondered if anyone could help me out with three quick questions:
1 I bought a pair of 100% cotton cord shorts which are too flippin' big. I've worn them now so I wondered if I could shrink them in the wash. Anyone know if I could do this and at what temp I'd have to wash them?
2 Are there any discount codes for Topshop or Miss Selfridge knocking around at the mo?
3 Has anyone seen the empire line wrap dress on the TS website IRL? Is it a proper wrap around and how long is it?

Have you tried putting the shorts inside out in the tumble dryer to shrink them? I did that to my mooch jeans to make them smaller :)

I miss you too V :( I've been so so busy this week - I've had running around to do every lunchtime so this is the first time I've had to bag. Plus this job is FULL ON!!!!! It's really good for me because it's going to stretch me quite a bit - plus the PA who's doing the handover is super efficient and I'm really needing to raise my game to keep up - which again is good but very tiring.
I must say though that I haven't bought anything this week and apart from the things on my now quite small WishList I don't think I'm going to be buying anything either. If I'd have spent all week on here as usual I know I'd have gone out shopping. I think if I didn't come on here at all I'd half my clothes buying :o and thus be significantly better off!
But I miss you all too much to do that! :D

I bought a raw silk skirt at Jigsaw two weeks ago, and it has come apart on a side seam. It cost £110.
I took it back today with the receipt, and the Manager has insisted that it go back to Head Office.
Is this fair?

Popped into my local Hennes this morning and they had loads - well about 10 of them anyway!
Lots of different style military jackets in Hennes too but was feeling too ill to bother trying any on.
The shoes I wanted in Ravel though have gone! Gonna have to check Oxford Street now.
Slightly O/T but if you start throwing up yellow bile repeatedly completely out of the blue what the hell's wrong with you??! I woke up with a headache, felt faint and starting spewing!! :(
Have taken a paracetamol and had something to eat now but still feel a bit dodgy :(
