Large or medium spy bag?

NO.1. Ask :
Large or medium spy bag?
I'm just browsing at the Lush spy bags - honest only browsing :D
Most of my bags are around 17inches by 9 inches. I like my bags fairly big to shove all my rubbish in :D
The large spy bag is 21 x 12 inches and the medium is around 16 x 9 inches.
What would you ladies go for?
Thanks from an indecisive cat :D x
Answer:
Cic - what made my mind up for me was when I used my medium spy with my jacket on Saturday - there was a certain amount of slippage/popping down my arm, and it made me decide to go for the large on. Was also thinking of scarves/gloves/brolly's etc which I'll be packing coming into winter, and PC assured me that hers didn't look too large when she held it.
Answer:
I would go with the medium size, I think it looks cuter :)
Ive got it on my wish-list/I want one now for Xmas, Im after the cognac brown one....absolutely fab
Answer:
Mine's LARGE!
And I love the size as I can fit almost anything in it. I have found myself over filling it and standing lopsided, but at least I don't always have to lug a second bag around with me any more.

I love it but I don't need it...
Have you ever seen something which you know you don't need or even have an occasion to wear it but still really want it?
I really want the Tribal leaf print dress in Oasis but know I have no where to wear it
    Answer:
If you can dress it down over jeans or leggings and make it look more casual then you can wear it to the local, shopping, lunch with the girls, visiting family, the cinema....need I go on?
    Answer:
Yeah.. the python-skin Miu Miu platforms I just lost out on on eBay :( Didn't get outbid, just didn't reach the reserve price.
Have cheekily emailed the seller already to see if she'll let me have them since I was the highest bidder.
Am not breaking my no-spending ban, boyfriend is paying for them on credit card as my birthday present :D
Hope I get them now, I don't care how impractical they are!
    xx
    Answer:
If i reallllllly like it i try and think of ways to dress it down.
If i really like it and it's not too fashiony i will get it because although i might not wear it immediately there will be a time in the future;)
    Answer:
Naah, no such thing as 'I don't need it' :p
I bought a dress a couple of weeks ago because I loved it, and because my student discount was about to run out. I didn't have a clue where/when I'd wear it but was making a considerable saving and had the money, so I thought 'what the hell'.
My uncle's getting married next week - perfect occasion, and it's Mr BB's birthday next month so we're going out for a lovely meal - occasion numero deux.
If you look hard enough I'm sure you can find a reason for pretty much any clothing purchase ;)
You could wear the dress casually, surely? How would it look over jeans/skinny jeans with flat pumps?

    Please help me out here!
I'm still not having any luck whatsoever getting hold of the black velvet jacket I fell in love with in my size :( It would be really handy if I had the product number to aid me with my search. I know Dorothy Perkins make more than one style of velvet jacket, so if anyone on here has purchased this one from their website, please have a look at the label inside and tell me the product number. Please! :fingers:
    Answer:
They had a jacket real similar in fashion world for £40 if that's any help?

    NO.5. ask :
Need some help with what to buy from my wishlist!
Further to the wishlist thread I need help with some of the items- I'm so crap with shopping/buying stuff that *suits* me!
I need a new scarf but not sure which colour to go for, I have a fluffy baby pink one and a wool really long crotchey type cream one from primrk and that's it! How do you know which colour suits you? I can never tell!! :meh:
Also really need to stock up on jumpers/cosy snuggly cardis for cold winter mornings but not having much luck at the moment!! Have had a look round a few shops and there's nothing really warm in yet! Anybody seen any?
Also I really fancy a fitted velvet blazer, not sure what colour yet, any recommendations?
God I need a personal shopper just to tell me, yes this suts your hair/colouring, no this doesn't!
I'm so indecisive aswell and that doesn't help!
So just to summarize a very long winded post :o Scarf, thick snuggly jumpers/cardigans and fitted velvet blazer- any recs!?
    TIA :)
    Answer:
Whats your eye/hair colour and skin tone?
    Answer:
    Hello!!
I don't know what your colouring is, but I think a black velvet jacket would be a safe option which will go with everything and tap into the black is the new black trend!!! Alternatively I know that I suit midnight or navy blue far more than black and according to Vogue :o black and midnight blue is a tres fashionable combo this winter!!!!
As for a scarf and grey or taupe scarf or shawl should go with everything - something chunky would probably give a more striking silhouette.
As for snuggly jumpers and cardis, I tend to layer thinner knits, but MS have some great cashmere and Hennes have some more cheap and cheerful chunky cardis.
Not sure if that's at all helpful, but hope it is!
    Mimi xx
    Answer:
Yes mimi that helped a lot actually, thanks!
Black, midnight blue, grey or taupe scarf...making mental notes! :o ;)
I'll try and post a pic tommorow evening- would post one now but don't want my mug on here all day tommorow when I won't be able to take it down! :o
I like the sound of midnight blue but not sure if it'd go wioth my colouring! Have brown hair, medium skin tone, and bluey greeny eyes, oh dear pretty non descript!
Eta: this is going to sound so silly, but what shade is taupe exactly? I've never known!!!
I think a midnight blue blazer may work actually, would have to get a different coloured scarf though! Have you seen any anywhere mimi? :)
    Answer:
I have dark brown hair, olive skin and greeny blue eyes - so we sound quite similar and it's amazing how much more ageing black is on me even though I love it!!
    Glad to be of help.
