Monsoon/Accessorize Online Store

NO.1. Ask :
Monsoon/Accessorize Online Store
Hello.. I need to get my friend a b'day present quick sharpish, so I've been surfing Monsoon. I've seen a couple of bits I think she'd like, however I never seem to be able to find the delivery details on these shopping sites.
So, a couple of questions, if anyone knows -
~ how much is delivery?
~ how long roughly do items take to arrive?
~ would you recommend their service?
Thanks :)
Answer:
Have never bought from there but on the site it says delivery is £3.95 and take 3-5 working days in the UK:)
Answer:
Oh, thanks for finding that info! I'm such a dunce!
Thats almost the price of the item I want to get heh. Might as well just have a hunt in town! Pff.
Answer:
The one thing i hate about online shopping, delivery costs!
Think you are getting a good deal but when buying little items it can work out expensive:(
Answer:
Exactly. I think most of the charges are a bit OTT - from selling things on ebay, I know sending a teeny bit of jewellery will no way cost almost four quid! *shakes fist*

Anyone seen a nice brocade type skirt?
    Hello
I'm after a brocade skirt as part of an outfit for a wedding I'm going to. I want quite a full skirt, possibly with some pleats?
Miss Sofia - thanks, I looked in Zara but unfortunately all their AW skirts seemed to be quite flowy and gypsyish.
I've looked in Mango too and various other department store labels and even TK Maxx.
Has anyone see one? I have an idea in my head of a lovely skirt which I'm sure I've seen hundreds of, but now I'm looking for one they've all disappeared. Brocade jackets, on the other hand, are everywhere!!!
    thanks baggers
    x
    Answer:
I saw a lovely skirt in a magazine just like that and I'm sure it was from Wallis. I've looked on the website but can't see it though, so no pic- sorry.
    Answer:
I was in HM at the weekend and I *think* they had brocade skirts to go with their brocade jackets.
Can't remember what the style was like but they came in two colourways - a black bg or a maroon bg, both with flower design.
    Answer:
Oh Wallis - I always forget about there so will definitely have to have a look.
I thought I had scoured H M but will go and take another look - it can be pretty hard to find things in there!
    Answer:
You could try the Reiss sale. The Regents Street one had a few skirts left in gold and pinky/gold and also bluey-gold brocade. A-line, knee length and with a few big pleats (if that makes sense). Don't know about sizes but i was rushing through.

Anyone seen the New Look Leather knee high boots with the flap?
My friend has come in to work raving about some new boots, £65 in New Look and apparantly they look like the Top Shop ones I'm lusting over. Anyone seen them or have a piccie? x
    Answer:
I have seen them. In fact I've seen two types. There are ones which are all over one colour with flap and side zip and another type which are two-tone with zip up the back.
They're the nicest boots in New Look and very good value for money.
If I hadn't already bought two pairs of boots I'd be seriously tempted!
    Answer:
Yup, think I know the ones you're talking about - they're very nice!
