How to wear a denim waistcoat?
Hi Guys
I have this waistcoat and dont know how to wear it
I think it might look to much with jeans, so was thinking my brown knee length shorts and a white vest/top, but i cant think of anything else... I have ideas of what to wear on the top half but I am stuck for things to wear on the bottom half!
any ideas??
Thanks
JT xx
Answer:
ok waistcoat didnt appear!!!
how do I attach a picture????
Answer:
1 Attachment(s) done it :yay: :p
Answer:
I wear mine with black and brown shorts, black, white and grey mini gypsey skirts and a pair of white fitted trousers. i agree that the denim waistcoat and denim jeans look is a bit Status Quo! :D
Answer:
1 Attachment(s) Because of the set-up of that website it won't lt you link to that particular page. You'll probably have to save the pic to your desktop (copy and paste) and then you can use the 'attach file' option and browse your PC for your pic to attach.
Hope this makes sense...
Is it this one?

am going to brighton tomorrow with a chance to get to Primark
so what should i be buying?
Answer:
nothing real useful to add but the brighton primark is piss poor.
going back on topic though, was in the norwich branch last week, which is quite a big one... but they didn't have much in there to write home about.
Someone got a gorgeous dark pink skirt from there earlier this week though... wish I had seen that... Miss Sweetcheeks got the same skirt in black.

Word up dudes
Am starting to feel a bit wintery and would quite like to order some of the tall chestnut Hartings own brand pseudo-Uggs - Toosh and Catwoman - what did you think to yours? I think I'm going to order them this weekend as only at my present workplace for another two weeks and have to get them delivered here!
Many thanks xxxx
Answer:
Bird!!!!!! How ya doin' chicken? :D We don't see enough of you round here anymore :(
Re the uggs, mine were delivered and I'm pleased with them. TBH I wish I'd gone for short ones just because I think in the flesh the long ones look a bit weird. But that could easily just be me  No, I'd say "fill your boots" (fnar fnar!!) and order them! :D
Answer:
Toosherooooooonie - I'm fine dude, how's married life? I saw your wedding photy and you and your man were gloriously gorge - I was v jealous! *sniffs dramatically in Miss Havisham-esque manner*
Everything with me is fairly boring, although I have a new job and am quite ridiculously excited about it, although I don't think it's going to be a very Bag-friendly job....ah well, they'll just have to get used to it...
So obviously am currently online shopping like a bitch in order to reward myself for aforementioned job-getting - and I think I may be treating myself to a new pair of French Soles - get me!
Many thanks for the feedback re the Hartings - hmmmmmmmm where EXACTLY would you say they come up to on your calf area? Can you comfortably tuck in a jean leg? Are they FLEXIBLE? Hang on, you can borrow my tape measure xxxxx
P.S. What are you "doing" this a/w? I'm on crinoline, Dr Zhivago hats and vegan biker boots JOKES I'll be loving black velvet, ribbons, midnight blue, camel and grey cashmere, rosy cheeks and neutrals. And duck-egg, obv. Oooh and ballet shoes. Duh.
Answer:
Yeah I'm good tiger. The wedding was fab - thanks for your way too kind words! Congrats on the new job. Bad luck on the lack of bagging opps but ya can't have it all I suppose :(
Right back to topic, the uggs are top of calf but I don't think you could tuck jeans in without them being a bit tight and puffy. Lovely colour though and quite flexible.
Yes, I'm getting down with A/W 05 in a big way! Of course lovin' ballet pumps (I mean, COME ON - that's a given!) and also making time for drainpipes, long jumpers, cashmere (yes please), black velvet, jeans into boots and a bit of a nod (get me with the lingo) to the Russian thang.
Miss you, peachie - you should drop in more often ;)
Answer:
Aww cheers our kid.....I'll deffo be trying to make my visits a touch more regular (for some reason I forget that it's possible to bag at night, at home - just doesn't seem right, somehow!)
Hmmmm so would ya get skinny jeans into them? Oooh it's stressful, shopping from Foreign Parts, 'ain't it? Have just seen on website that they measure 33 cms, which comes about 2 thirds of the way up my calf (I'm about 5"7'ish) which sounds alrightyroo to me. thing I'll just go ahead and order them....
xxxx
P.S. Can't quite get my head around Russian just yet - am sick to the bloody back teeth of fecking Boho, and think I equate it too much with that, but will be working to dispel my prejudices....hmm is that how you spell prejudices?

just been into pennys on mary st and they have those pewter slouch bags all the girls here were on about for 6euro. hurry though, when i was there there were loads of skanks with buggys grabbing them! wont be there for long!
Answer:
Oooh nice one!! Must pop in later if I can get there in time. It would go nicely with a pair of wedges I have. Although if every skanger in the street has one it kinda takes the shine off it.... :o
Answer:
sob missing Pennys AGAIN! grrr   :o
Answer:
yeah, i know what your saying about the skangers having them. if i find my item is walking around the streets of dublin, i dont really use it, and wait til i leave the capital for the odd weekend at home (im not originally from dublin) and no one at home will have it. there was only one table of them and they had only been delivered so hopefully there will be a limited number in circulation

Exactly! Dublin is such a small city that everybody will have the same if it is ´in´....glad I left just before Zara openned up in Dublin as I used to stock up all the time while abroad and knew once it would arrive in Dublin, everybody would wear it! :(
Sellers who arse about on Ebay

Sellers who arse about on Ebay
It really pisses me off when I have posted payment for an item I've won promptly, sometimes the same day I've won something and I still haven't received the goods 2 weeks later.
I know I'll get them eventually but even with waiting for cheques to clear, I think people should be a little more prompt with their posting. When I sell stuff, I send it immediately after payment has cleared in which case I have earned my positive feedback but in this case I'm really tempted to leave neutral feedback when I eventually get my stuff.
Anyone else get this?
Answer:
Can't say that I have found this but usually I end up paying silly amounts for postage. I recently won a top for 1p yet the postage was £3.50, and it would certainly not have cost that much to send!It did arrive the next day though, which was nice.
I hate paying ridiculous amounts for postage though, it really puts me off sellers.
Answer:
I'm sick and tired of buyers that don't leave feedback for ages. They seem to be perfectly capable of sitting by the computer 24 hours a day to bid on stuff, but can't seem to leave feedback promptly. I always wrap stuff really nicely, send it straight away, and they still can't be bothered to leave feedback promptly. I actually emailed one of them once - hi did you get your stuff OK, would you mind leaving feedback? and they said Oh yes thanks it's lovely and then didn't bother to fill the feedback in
Answer:
My MASSIVE pet hate is over pricing on postage - it drives me nuts.
Today I got an item which cost 80p to send, postage was charged at £3.50 and guess what it was wrapped in?
WALLPAPER :meow:
I've had carrier bags and LOTS of binliners but wallpaper was a first. When I send stuff it's wrapped in tissue paper then in a clear bag then put into a brand new jiffy bag with a note and still people only get charged £1.50 so overpriced postage drives me insane.

Oooh I'd like to buy stuff from you Bella! It's so nice to receive things well wrapped and packaged.
High postage fecks me off no end as well. These days I simply won't bid on something if the postage is too high
