Greasy stains
Does anyone have any tried and tested tips/products for getting greasy stains out? Just noticed a couple on a top I was ironing so they obviously didn't come out in the wash.
Thanks
xx
Answer:
Baby powder!!!
It is fantastic. Sprinkle some on, leave it for a few days - shake it off and pop in the wash. The stains should come out easily as the powder absorbs the oil/grease.
I've rescued my Lush Biker Bag after an unfortunate KFC incident, and also a vest top which met with coconut oil when i was conditioning my hair. Works on both materials beautifully. But you MUST be patient and wait at least 2-3 days for it to be properly absorbed.
Answer:
Excellent! Do you think it'll work even though the stains are not fresh?
P.S I'm never frying fish again.
Answer:
It should do.... after getting the massive dollop of coconut oil on my orange vest, I decided to put it in the wash and it didn't improve the situation at all. By the time I remembered the baby powder trick, it wasn't a fresh stain anymore.
Answer:
I'll get some baby powder tonight then :D
Low cut tops
NO.2. ask :
Low cut tops
hi;)
I have a really nice top that I got from Warehouse at xmas and have only worn twice.
Its very low at the front with a diamate 'clip' that holds the two sides (at the front) together - and also nicely hides the middle front part of a bra. Its a really pretty top but I got so sick tired of drunken mens comments that I never ever want to wear it again. All I got all night was 'whoooah look at your boobs' etc etc  :boohoo: Even walking down the street on the way home a guy kept leering shouting things and when his mate told him to shut up, I heard him say 'well she shouldn't have them on display if she doesn't want the attention'. ffs! can't I wear what I want to wear it wasn't like they were hanging out although I know i'm not exactly small in that department (34d)
Now if I was Lesley or Kinga who get off on that kind of attention fair enough, but I HATE it.
Is it not a good idea to wear scooping / slash front tops if your more than a B cup? what does everyone think?:(
Answer:
well i used to be a 36b and never wore anything revealing. i put on weight and grew to a 36c/38b  and started buying more low cut tops at the same time - it was a happy accident they both happened at the same time cos i looked better in those tops when i had more up top. these days a lot of the stuff i wear i feel very confident in as i know theyre not gonna fall down/reveal all, but i do get some comments like you do. i just ignore them tbh, its no one elses business and if youre happy wearing them then thats great! some men seem to think that women always wear clothes to get male attention but thats crap!!!!!
if youre happy then wear them - stuff the comments.
Answer:
I have only smallish boobs 34B, but last year I put on weight and they went mahooosive (well for me anyway), I went up to a 34 C and had endless staring at my chest. I like wearing low cut tops (not all the time obviously) and it was nice to have a bit of attention in that department for a change but after a while I was like, for crying out loud am I the only girl with boobs?? One girl I went to 6th form with came back from Uni and asked my best friend if I had a boob job.
You have the option to wear what you want and I feel for women that have naturally large boobs and want to wear something low but purely because they like a top not because they want to flash themselves. No matter what we wear, short skirt, low top some pilock is going to say something that makes us feel like a ho or that we are doing something that we shouldnt be doing.
Im afraid its society's sterotype that girls with big boobs love to flash them off and get by, by purely doing that. You shouldnt feel like you are doing something wrong. It is the mind it goes into after all.
Answer:
I think it is probably a fact of life that men are going to look if a girl is wearing a low cut top, but to comment on it is pretty rude.
Be that as it may, I don't think men are going to stop looking or commenting any time soon...
I guess it is also a matter of time and place, so what may be OK inside a pub or club then might look a bit revealing on the walk home. You just have to set your own limits on what you feel comfortable with and be prepared to ignore what others say...
I have a smallish bust 32c (although it looks more with the right bra!) I am quite happy to wear a skimpy top or even go braless, but I would generally have a lightweight shawl or cardi to hand, because then I know that I will still feel comfortable if the situation changes.
Answer:
I give up caring now. My boobs have grown since being on the pill (now 32d/e) and no tops will hide their size. I prefer lowish cut tops either way because they're more flattering for my figure.
If you go out at night, unfortunately you'll always get attention because most guys are under the influence so will lose their inhibitions and shout out whatever they feel like.

Davina's suit on BB final night
NO.5. ask :
Davina's suit on BB final night
So just wondering were you watching BB final on friday night and what you thought of Davina's outfit  i thought it was  she really should stick to black!
TBH i don't ever think she looks that well on eviction nights and her casual clothes she wears on BBLB suit her so much better!!
Any thoughts?
Answer:
I thought she looked awful too, the cut of the suit just didn't suit her at all. I first saw her and thought she had put on a lot of weight, but I think it was just the whole outfit was very unflattering.
x ohara
Answer:
I didn't like it to begin with, but I thought it was ok by the end of the night (although, I was working my way through a bottle of red wine!).
I think she wanted to try something different, and that was very different! It suited her in a weird way, I thought!
Answer:
It looked really cheap and i didn't like it at all!
Something in red would have looked great on her!
Answer:
I didn't think it made her look big? Infact it enhanced her figure, can't say I liked it though. The jacket seemed to be cut funny? But the outfit did grow on me..
It would have been SO much better with just the skirt and a plain top, or just the jacket with jeans and heels. She rarely gets it right, to be honest.
Ooh, a wrap dress would have looked good aswell..
