Which jeans ?? Much help needed !!

NO.1. Ask :
Which jeans ?? Much help needed !!
I live in my Diesel Daze jeans and really like them but they are starting to look a little dated.
They are boot cut, low waisted and farily dark but faded at the front and backs slightly.
I would really like to invest in a pair of designer jeans maybe SFMK, Paper Denim, Blue Cut, etc but would like to know which style to go for .
I am 5.5 and am quite short in the leg and my legs are quite muscle-y and thick !! (Lovely !!)
So are there any type of jeans which will make my arse look fab, my legs look longer and my thighs thinner !
Or am I asking too much !!!
;)
PS - I'm off to Manchester in a few weeks but don't want to spend the whole day trying on lots of types so it would be nice to narrow it down by then !!
I thank you !!
Answer:
Hey I find it really hard to find jeans that I really like so I know how you feel.
I live in my Gap Long and Lean Jeans which are slightly low rise and have a slight flare.
I find they sit nice on my bottom and fits my chunky thighs rather nice. :)
I'm 5'4 and a size 16 but my sister who is 5'1 and a size 10/12 also wears them so I think they would suit anyone.
Good Luck I hate jean shopping.
Answer:
Thank you - that was a quick reply !!
I love your avatar !!
I have some long lean too which are really nice - similar to the Diesel they are boot cut and low waisted. I do find that they loose their stretch and shape after a couple of hours and go a little bit baggy !
I wanted some that were more thinner in the leg to give that cute look !!
Clicky link to nice jeans !!
:)
Answer:
Thankyou I cant even remember where I found that avatar!!
I get what you mean about tighter jeans my long and lean stretch a lot.
They are lovely Miss 60 jeans sadly I cant get them past my arse!!
I have Marella jeans which are tight (but stretchy) and they really shape the arse I dont know where you could find them here as I bought them in Rome.

    NO.2. ask :
    Gina Shoes
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how comfy these are to wear?
My sister is getting married next year and all bridesmaids have agreed to buy their own shoes. So I was thinking of making a better investment and buying Gina's. BUT before I do I really want to know if they are comfy enough to stand in ALL flaming DAY?!
Comments would be really appreciated as I dont want to spend a fortune on really painfull shoes.
    Answer:
I have several pairs and don't realy think they are any more or less comfortable than any other make of shoes. Having said that you do feel great wearing them so if they hurt a bit you can forgive them :D
For a big event wear them at home for several weeks before to get used to them and break them in.
    Answer:
I was thinking that they can be worse than a usual pair of my diors. (they are easily forgiven) although I noticed all the Heels are really high.
I can wear them round work, I am sure the kids in my class wont notice them!! lol ;) ;)
    Answer:
Normally, by the end of a nightout my feet are starting to hurt after dancing in them all night... by 2am, I'm usually bladdered and petrified of ruining them, so carry them home! I've had glass in my feet and everything but as long as the Ginas are in one piece then I don't care.
What I'm trying to say is that they hurt the balls of my feet after a while, but when the pain is becoming unbearable, I take them off anyway so they don't get dirty on the nasty Liverpool streets!
What ones are you thinking of? I'm saving at the moment, but a friend of mine is getting married next year and I've promised myself that I'm getting a new pair for her wedding! I can't wait!
Gina's rock they're so pretty! I've got 2 pairs, and a bag to match one of the pairs and I love them. If my house went on fire they'd be the 3 things I took! Shallow, I know!
    GET THEM!
    Answer:
I find Gina shoes to be very comfortable - although mine are only 2" and 3" heels.

Get to primark and sell it on ebay!! That bag has eight hours to go and the bidding is upto £77.00!!!Primark Bag
    Answer:

I bet the seller is rubbing their hands in glee!
It'll be interesting to see what the winning bidders feedback says once they've seen the bag!
    Answer:
   I actually went in Primark yesterday to have a look at this bag, they had loads of them! It did cross my mind to buy one to put on ebay, the only thing that put me off was the queue of about 100 people! But I'd actually feel really bad about selling a bag for that kind of ridiculous price when the buyer could easily get it for £3 in pretty much any high street in the UK so I'm glad I didn't bother queuing...
And sorry, but how stupid are these people?? If you do a search for Karen Millen brocade bag  , someone's selling one with a buy it now of £14.99
    Answer:

    That's crazy!
    Answer:
I was just about to come and post the exact same thing! I can't believe what price it is going for!

    Suede sash belt
I'm looking for a suede sash belt, saw a purple one in Miss Selfridge today (it's on the website but won't let me link to it). Really nice and only £12. Also saw a pale green one in the Kookai sale for about £10, but I'm really looking for a more neutral colour, although I'm tempted by both of these as they're pretty cheap. Any ideas? Ta x
    Answer:
    Anyone??
    Answer:
I've got the same belt in teal - it's very nice. Haven't seen any in neutral colours though. Sorry, not much help
    Answer:
Thanks anyway Toosh, is yours the Miss Selfridge one or Kookai one? I'm still tempted by the purple or green one, but I'm trying really hard to be fairly sensible (not normally a word I'd use to describe myself :)) with what I'm buying at the moment...
    Answer:
The Miss S one - you actually reminded me that I have it and I'm planning to wear it tomorrow!
I'm the last person at advise on whether you should buy something - I always say "yeah, go on buy it!" ;)

    NO.5. ask :
    Platform Shoes
Just bought some (what i think are gorgeous) platform shoes in the faith sale (£65 - £20!!!!!) they are orangy tweed coloured v.high platforms with a tan coloured leather bow at the front. just wondering what you think would go with them - i tried them on with jeans and they looked great!
Also, i have seen some more platforms for sale somewhere else although they are much more 'porn star' with the clear heels etc dont know wether to get any, i love them just for what they are but suppose other people would think they are tarty dont know what to do. i do wear 'adventurous' clothes when i go out so maybe they wouldnt be such a shock to everyone as i am thinking or are these better reserved for the bedroom?
    Answer:
    Re: Platform Shoes
are these better reserved for the bedroom?
I wouldn't reserve them for anything. 'Bargepole' springs to mind, sorry.
    Answer:
I'm not sure if the trend for platforms extends to hooker shoes, I'd still well clear of them, but the Faith ones sound lovely.
    Mimi x
    Answer:
Yeah the clear ones always scream "lap dancer" to me - sorry! I'd def go with the Faith ones though - in fact I think I might log on and have a look for them myself!
    Answer:
I am a big lover of platforms, and have recently purchased an absolutely fabulous pair of purple suede peep-toes with gold edging and small cut-out detail at the front - which are now my new best friends!!!
However, as for the lap dancer transparent plastic versions - you have got to be kidding me???
