True opaque tights
I'm after some really really really opaque tights - they need to be if i'm even going to attempt wearing shorts :cmdunno: :lol:
I have opaques but find sometimes they go a teeny bit see through at the back (and it's not because they're too small!) so if anyone has any suggestions i would be most grateful, thank you :kiss:

I have wolford 80 den ones. They are pricey, but they really last and are completely opaque. Have 3 pairs I wore all last winter and they are still fine.

Thanks Lizzie, i had a pair of their 100 denier which were fab but then i pulled them and it was £20 down the tube :cmdunno: Now i have an excitable young dog who tends to jump up me i think i need to get cheaper ones so i can afford to replace them :lol:

I think I read somewhere that tights that ice-skaters wear are truly opaque, not sure of the cost though.

I was just watching corrie tonight and loved the dress that Sarah had on in the hospital scenes, it was a patterned shirt dress and the pattern looked like a mix of circles/flowers (sorry I'm rubbish at describing things!) does anybody know where it's from or seen anything similar anywhere. I'd be really grateful if anyone can help me find it :)

Sorry for the pointless thread :lol: I was just bored and wondering what colours you like wearing together or often put together as they either go or sort of clash but in a good way iyswim :lol:
I am wearing a moss gren square neck button jumper today and black skinnies with chestnut uggs and the colours go really well even though they might clash on paper.
I also like:
purple and grey
gold/broze and purple
charcoal grey and silver
mustard and grey
grey, white and tan
turquoise and charcoal grey
mustard and turquoise ( sounds awful but looks really nice together especially with darker denims )
coral and grass green

I have a white deep v-neck cami I wear with a hot pink vest underneath then a teal cardi over the top - the colours look really fresh together.
Aqua and burgundy
Sometimes black and brown together, like a black top with a wooden bangle or black skinnies tucked into dark brown boots
Cream and plum
Grey with pretty much everything, mainly mid-dark greys
Hot pink and grass green, though I haven't quiiiite managed to work out how to get them together in an outfit without looking like a crazy kids TV presenter
Purple and emerald green - this I have worked out, I have an emerald vest with black polka dots that I wear under a purple v-neck jumper so it just shows at the neck, or I wear a purple top and emerald Converse with black/grey jeans in between
I'm loving white atm, with anything at all - last week I wore a white slouchy longline scoop-neck puff-sleeved tee with black skinnies and pumps, then a purple cardi and long clear teal chunky faceted beads to add some colour. Cobalt blue and white is nice too

I have a pair of mid grey skinnies and I am wondering what other colours, except black, white and possibly (?) red, you can wear with grey skinnies? Do you think navy or green go? I was just wondering becasue now it's getting colder I have no idea what to wear with them colour wise... feeling a bit uninspirational at the moment...

Grey goes with lots! As well as the obvious neutrals like white, cream, black and metallics it also, imo, looks great with red, orange, light brown, navy and purple. Yellow and green work too.

I love the thought of purple and metallics with grey, that sounds lovely! I guess I always think grey is a tone lke black and white :lol: and doesn't really go with brights, but I guess it goes with almost everything- except brown??

These sites usually pop up again with a new name and more vague descriptions of where and who they are and what they sell. Apart from the illegality of it I was kind of sorry to hear about it as I know loads of baggers liked their bags.

I missed the boat, had I got in on time I would have bought the white balenciaga rip off and hoped for the best. I have seen the same (or similar) bag on eurohere so might try there... does anyone have experience of them what their bags are like? My guess is they come from the same supplier or thereabouts anyway :think:
