A shameful tale of woe and a shoe plea
1 Attachment(s) Last night on my way home from having a drink (or 5 :o) with an old uni friend I saw the bus I needed and started racing along Oxford Street to catch it, sadly I was wearing my brand new TS gladiator sandals which are very slippy and I fell flat on my face :o and I mean FLAT on my face, straight over, bruising and grazing both knee, ripping a hole in the knee of my leggings, grazing the heels of both hands, scraping the bottom of my araline, covering my already grubby 'I'm Not A Plastic bag' in scuzzy pavement filth and worst of all breaking the toe part of my new sandals :boohoo:
I'm gutted, I've been searching high and low for them for months, found them and bought them last friday and this is only the second time I've worn them out of the house and I had about a milllion summer outfits planned round them.
And now I'm sat here with a sore head, sore knees and a broken shoe :(
If anyone sees the attatched shoes in a size 5 in tan at their local TS and could pick them up for me I would be eternally grateful and would pay to have them sent super speedy postage so I can wear them to the meet on sat?
Please help me in my hour of need ladies! :D

How much are they? I can ring my local when they open and check for you and have them put on hold til I get home. If they're there I'll just meet you tonight and hand over the goods.

If push comes to shove and they can't be tracked down before tomorrow, ring cust services and track a pair down through that warehouse search thingy they do.

Thanks Lolly, yeah it was me who was after the petite length maxi dress. I've been checking it online everyday under the exclusive section but they haven't brought it back :boohoo:
Their flagship store is their OC store which I phoned but they said they'd never seen any of the maxi dresses in petite length :uzzle:
I ended up ordering the regular length in the end so I'm going to see if I can get it altered - fingers crossed it looks ok! :fingers:

I have borrowed a dress from my friend for my up and coming university ball- its strapless and too big at the top (even when im wearing a wonder bra) so I wondered if anyone knew he if I could get it temporarily (sp?) taken in at the top in a shop?
I don't want to damage it in any way, just have it fit me for just one night. She has only worn it once at a ball, so she kindly offered to lend it me for mine you see.
